I love this picture of my ghost shrimp, had to share

I've always loved the ghost shrimp.
People underestimate them, they seem to have a fair bit of character for something so small.

heres my guy, iam new to these,had him around two weeks, swapped him a african blockhead a yellow african cichlid and a 5inch oscar for a couple of juvi channa ornatipinnis...
is it a he or she?

I beleive the cray is a snowflake,latin i have no clue...
