Well i consider you a reluctant but willing post whore lol. You definately post alot for sure. Since you got here in june you posted almost 2000 posts and I just made it to 1,000 and I have been here since december. Also I am on at leats once every day checking the new posts.

Maybe it's just me but I try to infuse thought and meaning to the vast majority of my posts. I probably spend, on average, at least 5 minutes per post of mine, checking sources, checking spelling, punctuation, and grammar, and re-reading to make sure the post flows properly (not like this last sentence).
I post when I feel my knowledge is useful, not to rack up a post count. I avoid posting meaningless crap like "nice pic" or "nice fish". Guess that's why I average well under a post a day.
Or I may have it all wrong and post count, instead of knowledge, is the way to a productive forum.
i personally only find it neccecary to post in a topic that i have profound knowledge on, all others i ignore, i also tend not to post a new post in a thread with 3 pages of replies because i think that poster will have gotten the correct answer in the first 2-3 other posts, and theres no need to waste time. i think my rules are the best
