I can tell you why the barbells dont get bit- because theyre attached to the aros gigantic mouth, which is probably why the fins are good too

Woah! hold on a second, this guy puts almost 20 stunning pictures of 4 giant arowana, per your request, and the best you can do is "coon nice black aro":duh: Wow! thanks for posting! nice setup! great black and silver community! what kind of filter! keep us updated!!! are some things that come to mind- even Koji wants to have a drink in front of it! and he drinks in front of communities filled with reds, greens and 9 RTGS everynight!!!
no gratitude, no awe... its like I always say, you give these kids books and they just bite off the covers-

oh yeah, and I have a silver thats an inch or two more than 30"-unfortunately most of his pics are taken from above, hes been in a pond- but anyway, hes the one on the bottom... and just for the record, Ive only had the one in front for a day- and the two of them are in the pond already

:ROFL:Thanks I got a beer for you too

wow yall ot some sweet aros. bderick67 you have the best aros(sorry not a fan of asian aros) that i have seen so far. how do you make sure the blacks tails dont get trashed? i would think a gt would nip their barbels and fins.

No GT in the tank, even if there was it would be smart enough not too "grab a tiger by the tail":D

Yeah the smaller back is one that I've been growing out, it's about 17" now. I got it back in June of '09 when it was a wee little fry. :babyblack

All the little plants that are seen throughout pics of my 450g are anchored down with that eggcrate.
