If that's your big tank I dread to see how your small tanks are stocked!! It's good to see bubbah's still got some good colouration going on even though his stress levels may be through the roof. Do you do fin level water changes at maintainance time....oh how silly of me, it's fin level all the time! Also, I think bubbah would appreciate some decor, maybe put something outside the tank so he can look at it!

i use to do more water changes but now since his ass hangs out of the water I never really need to. I just have a small litter box next to the tank for all his waste. But I agree, I was considering putting my 1200 gallon shrimp tank maybe along the wall in front of him to give him a bit of scenery. But actually other than my shrimps all my other tanks are out of commission. The last one was a .5 litre that had a Wallagu Attu in it until he broke it open but I guess thats why they call them tankbusters whatcanyado amIright

Does your cat not mind sharing a litter tray with Bubbuh!! Fortunately for you I doubt very much Bubbuh will be breaking through that tank anytime soon. He'd probably need a run up to attempt this!! Lol. Also, due to his ass hanging out the tank are you not concerned about his scales drying out and getting an infection? Maybe to prevent drying out you could put a small pair of trousers on him sewn up at the end and rigged up to a small pump which would circulate the water through the trousers.

Honestly, the things we do to make sure our fish are happy, Bubbuh will be real grateful you've gone the extra mile to care for him. :grinyes:

Good point I’ll def make him a little pair of fishy pants. A reverse scuba suit of sorts. Gatta take care of our fish hahaha
