I love those pics, where I live can't get any good arowana. All the stores sell are silvers

You know, contrary to popular belief, a well kept and colored (due to proper feeding) Silver arowanas can be just as prized as some of their asian cousins.

While I agree that a silver arowana is still a nice fish, I find that asian arowanas have more colour to them, which is the principle reason i select them over a silver.

Is it true too that asian arowanas get stouter body mass when they mature to full size? Because i personally have never seen a really stout bodied silver.

silver are long like snakes, and they can bend their bodies a great deal more than the other arrows.
