loudest car i had was a 66 bug with 2 solobaric 12's, then sold the car to a friend and installed a JL 15 behind the rear seat.

proboably the best looking install was is my 67 impala, had 2 pioneer 12's in the rear deck, the box was visible in the trunk.

what year civic is that... and what kind of amp you got? speakers? headunit? amp powering your speakers? specs there buddy...

types Rs are not bad subs... if i get this one set up guy wants 6 or 8 in the back of his magnum... i gave him a price so we will see...


o and they make this amazing product called dynamat... you should invest in some

damn i thought i was the only one to bump a bug. i had a 69 bug with a 1000 watt amp in the trunk ran from a pioneer head unit to 2 4" right by the steering wheel and 2 12" JL audio sub behind the rear seat. i couldnt even hear the motor running....my sister hated it....free ride she couldnt ***** that much had to turn it off coming down the street (wake the neighbors and there alarms)

i had a 1986 camaro with 2 12" alpine series e 12"s in a plexiglass box and 2 12" neon rings. they would light up when the bass hits. a pioneer deh7400 receiver and blapunkt speakers. the blue ones you can see through. i don't r/m the crossovers i had. and i think a volfehag 1500W amp. and rockford 2 guage installation wire+matrix wire

im planning my new one around my next 3 potential trucks... will be eclipse head unit and JL audio 900.5 amp and i forget the model but the top JL audio compnents and either 8 or 10" w7 or several of there new slim 8"sub... im leaning to the slim 8" sub though...

and as far as thumping a bug... me and my buddy were talking about a little project involving a newer bug and a 22" jackhammer... but we are both too broke for it at this time... 8 grand sub let alone the power it needs will be a project for later LOL
