Aren't there better Alpine subs then Rs? Xs maybe? I've heard the Rs are prone to tinsel lead issues. I suppose it doesn't matter if there's warranty......

Unless something's changed Alpine doesn't have any decent sub amps....

It might not be LOUD but should sound "good"..... If you're into that kinda thing....

man at this point as long as everything can handle the power im happy... ill tune it all kinda low.. if he messes with gain etc... and blows it all or whatever fails not my problem... i just wanna get paid...

god please dont buy one of those junk subs! trust me im on alot of audio furums and i know a few different ppl that have made propper enclosures for those subs and fed them clean power and they just burn right up. if you want a giant sub thats gunna get loud look into an Incriminator Audio DP21 now thats something worth spending $$ on. and its under a grand..

I have a Fi Q, D2 with no BP option. I am seriously considering getting another and sealing them, it is so intense having loud quality equipment, it almost sucks talking to people in person about car audio when you realize yours is so much better in every way then theres is. Very nice setup with the 2 18's, i bet its incredible.
