I got a big old pack of homers and rollers at my dads house. I can't wait to fly them this spring. That one is pretty neat. I got some all black ones which I think are pretty cool looking.

cool. I help him sometimes setting up the flying things but im not into pigeons that much. I also love to band the hatchlings i think they are so cuddly lol.

Hello Mr. G Cat my name is Louie and I'm a Green Cheek Conure. Mr. Matthews is my daddy, I guess he's your daddy too now that you have found your place in our home. Mr. Matthews has known me since before I was weened from baby food. He came and played with me at the bird store every weekend. We would look at all the bird toys and got to be good freinds even before I got to go home with him. I talk alot now and I'm also friends with Bain the cat (the furry kind) and Honey the golden retriever who just had 10 puppys over the weekend. I think I drive the Matthews family crazy by constantly asking them "Whacha doin" but they always answer me and I think it's fun. I get at least 2hrs a day free time outta my cage and it's lots of fun as long as I'm a good boy and don't get in trouble.

This is no ordinary pigeon its a homing pigeon used in races. My dad has a coop on the roof he races them this paticular one cost him around 100 bucks i dont know why he pays so much for pigeons he should give me the money for fish

wow is he magnificient..racers are expensive..it takes alot of endurance to do that..athletes of the bird world..

oh he is precious ..love that 2nd pic too with the fish in the background.. my birds try to nab the fish as they swim by..but they don't get to see huge fish like that..fish room is down stairs and birds are up..thank you matthew for posting great pics of your awesome guy..

Thank you Liz. I can't wait to bring the baby home. It's going to be a long 2 months waiting for him to be weaned.

We have 2 cockatiels and they are so funny. Every morning when I get ready to leave for work, the one always says "good morning". Sorry to hear about yours. He lived a long life.
