Could there be a chance my Gar is pregnant? Only had for 2 months unsure of sex. Was in a tank with another Gar. Maybe it's just fat lol thought I'd ask.

Man your fish has serious serious issues. Can't tell you what as I have no information but I will just state your fish is screwed up... BAD.

no problem on the ID, it is a very common mistake, and is also further perpetuated by LFS and a lot of other fishkeepers.

agreed that there is definitely an issue with the fish...could be impacted digestive tract, could be infection. either way i would repost in the open forum and provide more info. hopefully we can help figure something out for the fish--
