My RES (turtle) loves bullfrog tadpoles. Little gruesome to watch it happen, but he seems much happier afterwards so I will just look away.

Thanks yall. I caught her as a tadpole last summer, and she morphed fall 2007, and she's growin like a weed. She currently lives with a female stinkpot musk turtle, but I will eventually need something bigger for them.

I just caught what I think will be leopard frog tadpoles.. I saw the clump of eggs in my lake and happened to have a net & bucket..
So I scooped em up and put em in a fishbowl with a heat pad underneath, and they hatched overnight into tiny black tadpoles. Hundreds of em.. I'm going to raise them to froghood and feed em to the big bullfrog.

everyone has some awesome frogs! i have always liked the african bullfrogs, does anyone know where i can buy an adult? like a really big one? i have been able to find individuals 3 inches and smaller, but no big guys.
A pic of my little poison dart. I have him in a little plastic tank for now, just because he is so small and I wanted to get him used to feeding, and not loosing his food in the larger tank. I am thining of moving him into his 20gal tall in another week or two, not sure yet.
