Nope, we produced him right here in Schererville IN at C.C. Custom Aquatics. As for being mature... if he's not, he's damn close. Probably around 9" disc size.

Yeah, I loved these rays and got a chance to get one back. I would like to see what the others turned out to look like. As for him staying small, that is fine with me. Don't have any real big tanks right now and don't want to set up the pond again anytime soon. Too humid
