you had the oaked arrogant bastard? Makes the normal stuff taste like water. I wish every brewer made an oatmeal stout. More of them for me to drink. I am partial to the samuel smith's oatmeal stout at the moment.

Man, I can't think of a Samuel Smith's beer that I don't like. Their Taddy Porter is out of this world...

Nah, haven't tried the oaked yet. Seen it, bit of a hefty price tag. Is it worth it?


Here is an oatmeal stout you should try: Barney Flat's Oatmeal Stout. I had this baby in a hole-in-the-wall bar in D.C.

Oh yea, another wicked darky I just had was Arcadia Ale "Shipwreck Porter"

It was aged in 10 year old whiskey barrels, so it has a bit of a whiskey bite as it goes down. STUNNING.
