they eat the eggs right after they are fertalised i have not tried to collect the fry for a long time i concentrate on the devil's babies it's all got room time for anyway and yes i am lucky to have 2 pairs of mature cichlids that get along so well .

most definitly lucky that they all get along....

this was funny.. he did not know where the shrimp went he swam around with it and ate the {eyes} from the shrimp and still had the big piece on his nose..

This is the one and only time that I have posted a really big picture of my big guy. I should have made the picture a little lighter but thats the way it came out and I didn't mess with it. I kind of like it that way anyway.

15 1/4 inches and 11 years old.
