She is a treat of a female.Did you not have any luck finding her a new home?
If you were close to me I would have taken her instantly.Such a beefy girl. She would be prime for my male:naughty:

Do these guys make good community fish? They're beautiful, and I'd love to get my hands on one. (Jag1980's sold me ) Also if someone wouldn't mind offering info on maximum size and whether or not they eats as messily as Oscars do. Thanks a mill.

GreenTerra, I can't get enough of your Jag. Mind shipping him to Canada for me?

How old is he now?

They do not make a good community fish..they are aggressive... they even attack you as you do water changes...they are not messy eaters... they are beautiful cichlids and grow to 14 inches plus... they usually need their own very large tank...

Here is a fuzzy pic of my girl - she's about 9" and from reading this thread I realize she's not even close to full grown!:)

No ones interested in taking her yet, hopefully someone will some day.
I can take her to a 8000G tank but that's not the kind of home I'm really looking for.

I wish you lived closer, I would give you a great deal. They would look good together :)
