they are too big for my 90: the smaller of the two is 17 inches long:

So your chalceus is bigger then I thought too...How big is he?? Awesome fish!!

the chalceus is about 8 inches long, but they can get bigger (up to around 12 inches or so):

you can get an idea of the size of the fish in this shot.

the barbs make him look small, but he isn't really that small:

are you referring to the barbs or the chalceus?

although the chalceus is not huge, they need lots of room - very highly strung fish.

as for the barbs, well, they make a 90 gallon look like a 30..
