sweet!
good to see them not killing each other.

I don't know why you (and some others) still have this kind of thinking? :screwy::grinno:

Same here.... can NOT believe I haven't seen so much as a tattered tail with 5 of them housed together.......... {knocks on wood}

As long as you folks keep some feeders in the tank, they rather stick together and go after the feeders... If you wanna see World War III, let them starve for a couple of days :naughty:

i have left them with no feeders for 3 days when i went to camp for a weekend they seemed fine but i was suprised to see how fast they went for the feeders when i put them in after.

Just a little update on mine. The two are still housed in a 20L and they are a little over 5" now... They are perfect together. The other is still in a 20 by himself doing good. The 8 ft stand should be ready tom or on Mon. I will immediately get her ready to fill.. I will send some pics soon. They are little beauties!!!

Score one for Petblo. My Armatus have been successfully contaminated. Ran out of feeders on Sat. Been going to a decent LFS but had to do Petco as the LFS can't keep up on demand.... Went there once and noticed ich last night. Last straw. Got krill this morning..... Will be beginning the ugly part now........

DB, do they know you as a food source yet?

Use fresh shrimp and fishing line. Let it sink down in front of them and then quickly jerk it up to get a reaction strike!

And when are they going to start fighting?! lol!!

No, they don't know me. The suspense was just too much..5 Armatus.....LOL.. I just let them be in a low lit corner.LOTS of hiding spots.... Now all of a sudden they are 2 inches ahead of where they need to be. Shoulda started them on goldfish weeks ago so they'de have the color down then I could start on krill. There will more than likely be some fighting VERY soon...... when the ich's gone I'll have to try to force them onto dead rather than giving them the option of taking it... Lil bastids are pushing 6 inches allready. I swear the last time I looked at them they were barely 4 inches. Redid the tank when I cleaned it and moved all the hiding spots and got moonlights installed. They will be out in the open now rather than hiding in the corners and shadows.

these guys have killed my flagtail and my jurapari. i bought a bigger flagtail and that one is dead now also. :nilly:
