Well if his aim was a little better maybe you'de have a shot at housing them together. If the Armatus is blind in one eye it might just work.....LOL

Have you broken lines of sight in your tank with say several driftwood pieces?

Well I did think of trying to buy a mouth pc for the Armatus but I guess ill try to look for a pair of fish muzzles:ROFL:

I thought about adding more driftwood but the Goliath spears around the tank sometimes and i dont want to risk him messing up his beautiful
face;). I have the current from the sump going towards the left and most of the current is felt on the left of the tank. that is where the Goliath kicks it at and the Armatus likes it too. I might add a lil pump to the right side so there is more current in there?

I hate to say it but if I cant house them together, Id be giving up the Armatus:cry:. Goliaths are to hard to find and his teeth look KickArse!
They are always revealed:naughty:....JMO

I had to use driftwood in my 180 to break up sight. Now that I think about it.... I am NOT sure if it has anything to do with sight. Each Armatus had it's own little cozy nook, it's own territory. Another Armatus would come along and take the territory and that one would just move along to the next one. Musical nooks if you will.

Try building a nook out of driftwood. Once your Armatus fins a place he's comfy in he's more than likely going to hang out there. The GirAFT will just swim by, likely the Armatus will charge then go back to it's nook. Eventually the GirAFT will figure out to stay clear and you should have a possible co-hab.

This is of course a perfect world..... And we all know this world isn't. Otherwise you'de have an Aimara in the mix.... LOL

All else fails just de-fang the Armatus....... LMAO.

y defang him, I could just throw him in a 10gl and let him bash his face for me.........:grinno:
I do see that the Armatus goes behind the driftwood when its lights out. Other than that, the two have their cozy spots in the same spot. That is what I think will make World WarIII. They start then the Gold Wolf smels blood and jumps in...

We will see. gatta see how they are doing today:D

My point was if they have a common hangout then there needs to be more hangouts..... Put like 1 at each end of the tank and one in the middle.
