j/k, i need to take some updates of mine.... she is looking good!! Mine is going to have thousand island looking spots on her back once the small spots separate. Just cant post it in the same thread as yours ;)

are the bigger spots that you can see on the bottom of her disc, see through spots? i notice those on mine, and not sure if it is a spot's on the bottom or seeing them through the disc? Or are you talking about the disc edge spots?

Whatever dude! I will gladly take yours:D:ROFL:. I am not talking about outer edge spots. I'm talking about darkening freckles mainly in the middle part of her underbelly around the stomach area. But a week or so ago, her underbelly was all white and I was wondering why she didn't have any spotting. But now they are showing more and more. Look closely at the first pic I posted.

Quite a while with good filtration...especially if its by itself. Folks may not agree but I currently have a 14in specimen in a 90 gallon holding tank and he is fine for now. I kept one pup I had a while back in a 75 gallon for at least 6 months. Frequent water changes and superb filtration and it could work for a while.

Thanks, he is quite the character

Hey, what sand is that? And where did ya get it? Is it silica free? Love it.

It is Carib sea tahitian moon. I would not really reccomend it. It is very light and gets in all my filters. I think I have cleaned about half of the 50 pounds I bought out of my fx5 over the past 6 months lol
