Jam and jelly are two separate entities. Jam is made from the whole fruit (strawberries, blackberries, etc.). Jelly is made from the juice of the fruit and contains no seeds and is translucent. Preserves are between jam and jelly--no chunks of fruit, seeds sometimes removed and opaque rather than translucent. Jello is a brand name gelatin product and is not related to jam, jelly or preserves. There really is a method to our madness.:)

yes method.... here in australia, well atleast in my house, it's like this

jam = stuff made from fruit you make sandwiches with
jelly = that stuff you buy in crystals, heat up with hot water, dissolve then cool.

IMO Jello sounds like a lubricant :D
"would you like some jello?"
"excuse me!?!?"

:D

boil the noodles and drain. drain the tuna and mix with cream of mushroom and noodles. add in cheese and mix everything very well. leave on burner for about a minute to melt the cheese. when serving, crunch up your favorite potato chips and sprinkle on top. do not add to the entire casserole b/c they'll get soggy
