I’ve been thinking about dedicating my 150g to a single male trimac.
Question for experienced trimac keepers which location has the nicest shape and location? They don’t seem to be as different by location like some species like vieja melanura.

Rio naranjo have best shape in my opinion. Little taller, more girth all around and that bull dog jaw...what I mean is not sloping heath (more boxy)

Got mine the end of November,they were about 3 inches then the male is pushing 6 now.

Nice Trimacs everyone! I know more members have Trimacs than this. Come on and show them off. Trimacs have been a dream fish for me for a long time. They are one of a kind for sure. I have a 90g and think a Trimac might be a tight fit. Has anyone kept them in a 90g?
