Ok I finally got one of these printed. 11" x 17" on 100# cover stock and laminated. I am very happy with the outcome and will be making more.

That's an idea. I don't know if target does copy services for big stuff. This was the biggest they could do. It's about the size of a placemat you could eat on. Wait...
