They they are 100% not falkeri and they were identified but person who owns Falkeri and breeds them here in US. These are those Falkneri look alike rays that TFD and others were selling in past from Peru and are just very nice spotted Castexi.

Mike are you talking about Richard Ross? If so he couldn't identify them but they were supposedly collecting where P. falkneri are found.
 
I agree with Mike.

The nose is too pointy to be a falk.

But a very nice castexi.
 
They have the same over all body shape and tail structure as this fish which was label P. falkneri on a European website.

I dont want to get into throwing peoples names around ;) but these are not falkneri and confirmed by more then few different people. If they were Falkneri I would have bought them myself
