Potassium Permanganate?

Anyone know if any of the 'Chain' hardware stores sell Potassium Permanganate?
I was hoping to start planting my 40g breeder over the Christmas Holidays and I just found I have leeches in a large batch of plants that I'm currently holding in a couple of 10g tanks (have more on the way from the same supplier as well which will arrive Friday). Right now I know my hands won't be going anywgere near them without some heavy duty 'rubber gloves'!

I would just use a 3min 1:19 bleach to water soak

available at school labs. But i'll go with ar0wan's suggusting of bleah as KMnO4 is a very powerful oxidising agent and could burn your skin if not handled properly.

Yup im just gonna remind him again. I burnt myself while doing acid-base titration in lab and forgot to wear gloves
