it's average common red dragon fh bro. Looks like he packs the thick potential forhead. If the tip of the tail is white then it's a semi fader already and may or may not fade fully.

He's a fader. Semi fader right now. Still got black blemish and the Flower lines to go for the next stage of fading if he goes there
