Potential Rhom Owner: Questions

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Thanks, guys. I made a bit of a pivot here though. The tank has been filled up and I'm beginning the cycle tonight. I hooked up a single AC110. If water conditions give me some trouble, I may just pick up another one.

I'm thinking of grabbing a red tiger mota or a red devil. I know thats different than where I started when I made this thread. I've done a ton of research on the Rhoms and I just don't know that I'll have the patience.

On to the Cichlid life, i guess.

Looks good! The AC110 is one hell of a filter. We need pics with fish and water in :D

*Update* Ended up getting another AC110. I've got 2 on the 75g now. I figured might as well have two to take care of the fish. The tank just completed its cycle. I walked into Pets Mart and saw this beautiful Red Devil (heard they sold them now). It was extremely active and looked great. Puncture the bag 100 times though when I was taking it home. Anyway, this will be its tank for life, all by itself.

I'll eventually work on a 180g tank and have no plans for that stock yet. I wanted to thank everyone again. Back to that water change life!
