Pound per Pound the Strongest Fish you Fought

Unfortunately I don't have a pic, but I caught a 6ft wide stingray while deep sea fishing. I seriously felt like I was reeling in a 1000lb fish!
 
Rays are def the toughest fish to bring in if they're stuck on the bottom. I'd give it to rays if we are talking strictly pound for pound. Although I had a Goliath grouper damn near pull me off the boat. If my dad wasn't with us to grab my belt I would have def been in the water.
