ok my cichlids LOVE nightcrawlers but im really trying to beef up my firemouth anything i can give besides bloodworms its too small for krill and nightcrawlers also i just cant find the actual heart to make beef heart can i use steak or something instead and use a low fat fish in the mix?

FEED TWO OR THREE SMALLER MEALS A DAY....MIX HIGH PROTEIN ( RAW SHRIMP) WITH A MIX OF HIKARI DRY FOODS....

LOTS OF WATER CHANGES.... NITRATES < 20PPM AND LOTS OF BIO FILTRATION....LOTS OF GAS EXCHANGE...KEEP IT WARM.... IME

I use this too with some Omega One, and I also feed plenty of frozen stuff.
