guppy_breeder, when you do pick up your powerheads, don't pick up RIO's.
It's a never ending headache of noise due to the impeller design. Thought I might save you some trouble.

and to the revers flow i dont want it becuase i have live plants in there too and they need them

I use a powerhead to blow C02 bubbles across my aquarium for my live plants. The C02 comes out of the bottle, through a 1-way valve, through a bubble counter, through a glass diffuser, and the small bubbles get blown away through the tank by a small powerhead. Works really great.

do u have any pics of the set up. cuz i was thinking about some how running a line of airtubing around the base of the plant; but i dont know if it would work

well i knew that
