Yes.
Most websites will give you a breakdown of running time on 100% load and 50% load. You will notice that the running time increaces in a non-linear fassion as the wattage is decreased.
For example

Most airpumps are between 2 and 7 watts. The biggest Petsmart airpump xp-125 (up to 125 gallon w/ 2x4 outlets) runs at under 4 watts! You could run four of these into 8 tanks without taxing a 450W UPS for a period much longer then a power outage.
The biggest Aquaclear water filter View attachment 453868 runs at only 14 watts. I have tested the AC filter on a stepped sine wav UPS model and done no damage to it.
