Unless you have fish that love fast flowing water, I would only get one Koralia 1400. One 1400gph is going to offer more flow than four 295gph powerheads. Since all of the flow is coming from one point as opposed to 4 places, the current will be stronger than what you have now. If you have too much flow, your fish will stress out and probably become ill.

Ya my fisH spend a lot of time near the powerheads and spray bar of the fx5s lol.... I'll likely get 2 heads tho, and for somereason its too much for em I can take one out when needed as well :)

Where would be the best place to put em in my tank ? Side panel so it blows down the front and along the side or like I mentioned above bottom front corner blowing length of tank at front and same for the rear towards the intakes for my filters

I have koralias and aqueons of similar sizes. I've had both for the same amount of time and honestly the aqueon does a slightly better job for half the price (mind you this is on my saltwater tank). I also have a maxi jet and I love it, except that it uses little suction cups to hold onto the wall (so it pops off sometimes).

Lol oh I wish ya didn't post that ! Hahaha now I dunno if I should have a pair of koralia 1400's or a pair of aqueon 2400's ? .......koralia 1400 are bout 55$ each and aqueon's 2400 are 90 each

Well for my sw tanks I use tunze, vortex and siccie pumps which are far better then the rest imo.

the vortex cost a lot and may create to much flow. they spread wide and tall so it wont leave many dead spots in the tank. the tunze are great and can be aimed not too costy much better then hydor. siccie about the same at a cheaper price but they look like a tank.

id most likely try a tunze or siccie the tunze should be the same price as hydor, so you will be getting a better pump for the same price or a few $ more. the vortex will be to strong for your fish i imagine and you dont need all the feature.
