Powerhead for 75 Help!

Count me as another vote for the Jabo Wavemaker. I've got the Jabo RW4 in my 240g and love it. You can control the type of output, the duration between pulses, auto shut off and start (night mode as mentioned above) its a great addition to a tank. I paid about $44 which is actually a good deal for what you get out of it.

Does it have a low enough setting for a 75 gal planted?

Yep there's a big dial on it to adjust the flow, turned down to about 10%-20% range it's a gentle flow that can be used in smaller or planted tanks. It's got quite a nice range of adjustment on it.
