i am setting up a new tank at the mo. its 190 ltr corner unit. i have a fluval 305 external filter. which type of power head should i go for in this tank for current purposes. thanks

should be about 50 gallon, about 3.8L per US gallon, 190L = 50 gallon

I use Hydor powerheads on my tank. I use a Hydor 400 its great to create a natural water flow instead of a direct 'jet' like current from other powerheads.

i bought a jad its very powerfull, not quite sure how powerfull but if its for your rbp's then i would say the bigger the better m8 as they love to ride the currents and waves
