i've seen piraya straight black before. look at the shape of this piranha. look at the head and body shape. could be high back rhomb but the body and it got the bulldog head. look like piraya beside the color. i could be wrong.

IMO I agree Pygo species , Not look like serra to me but I also culd be wrong .
