to me, its a cool looking, expensive, piece of crap.

what if one of your fish is sick or injured and in one of the bottom compartments? how do you ensure all the fish are getting their share of food?

Get some otto's or plecs and a UV and i can't see too many algae problems but make sure all the compartments are accesbile and you'd be fine
