They get about 8" max, usually a little smaller. While not common they do show up at better LFS from pretty regular, they are not a rare fish in their home waters, India and surrounding countries. PH 6.5-8, medium hardness, temp mid 70s-low 80s. Very similar in habits and needs is the leopard ctenopoma (it is a bit smaller and you could probable keep a pair in a 20g or 3 in a 29g if well planted) It is easier to find regularly.
