The other predator movies are...not so hot. Am I to assume by this thread that they are making ANOTHER predator movie? Because that I will have to see.

I'm looking forward to it, but I'm a little weary if Adrian Brody can really pull off the whole mercenary role. Great actor, but definitely not a "tough guy". On the other hand, it's backed my Robert Rodriguez who's been working on the script ever since the first Pred movie. I think this is meant to be a Predators 1 sequel and meant to completely bypass the whole AVP series. It's like the Incredible Hulk movies. The newest one with Ed Norton is now the new Hulk 1 movie. Since the last movie was SOOOO terrible, they wanted to completely relaunch the franchise.

I'm a little weary as well, but I heard that Adrian put on 25 pounds of muscle just for this movie.
Yes, this one is ignoring predator 2 and the AVP series.

The CGI in the first AVP was awesome though.
Gotta love those fight scenes.
Annoyingly, it had to be PG....

I just got around to seeing it today and it was pretty good.Adrian Brody did'nt disapoint,he played his character well.

Saw it two nights ago with a bunch of friends.
I must say I was disappointed, but then again I didn't expect it to reach my expectations.
Which kinda means I did expect that.....
Anyways, it was an okay movie.
I didn't like how they uncloaked though, and the energy bolts looked kinda weird.
Not at all a suspenseful movie... And the killings were short.

Being a predator fan, i was actually quite disappointed by Predators to be honest, nothing too much new was added to the movie... plus the settings weren't really anything new or un-expected...

But if your really into the franchise like i am, then its still worth checking out...
