TRUE..., THEY DO HAVE THEIR ADVANTAGES....., MAINLY PRICE.
BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY WOULD RATHER HAVE AN AQUARIUM OVER A POND
 
That is a prolapse, although what I would consider a pretty minor one. Sometimes a heavy parasite load will cause this type of thing. It is possible if she is straining to give birth she could prolapse a bit, but I have never seen that. Also a decreased transit time for food may also cause this. Since it is pretty minor I think you should be fine. Just watch it to make sure it doesn't get too scraped up/damaged.

she is doing better i talked to you few breeders who have seen this with there rays and it goes away on its own
the prolapse actually is back in but goes in and out during feeding
