Pregnant ghost shrimp, is this fertile?

I was wondering if these are fertile, and also, if they do hatch do ghost shrimp eat their young or eggs?

I buy them all the time and there are always pregnant ones.....I hear they are not very easy to breed though.
 
No acutally I bought a bunch of guppies a month ago, and there were ghost shrimp in the bag so I thought I would breed the guppies and the ghost shrimp, and no she was not already pregnant so I guess I got a start, I was just curious if they were fertile.
