thanks for the nice comments..the 155 is 72x24x24 (18"at edges,bowing to 24 in center)
heres the lil male born a couple weeks ago...he's maybe 4" at best but super aggressive and fiesty! you can't beat marbles..every one is unique and mini's will fit in more average aquariums!

I had a male pup born very small like that, maybe even smaller yet, from my 12" and 10" pair. He has taken his sweet time growing out too! He's about 1.5 years old and still under 5". I honestly think he will max out around 8" or so. Minis are awesome! Congrats!

No, same species. P. motoro. Some just stay smaller than others. Those have been coined "mini."
