The bds you have are extremely well marked... The bd pups have a very high chance of being just as good if not turning out better...

Be careful, males will often try to breed females when they are prego. I had a male stress a female into premature birth and she barely had any bite marks on her. I ended up loosing the pups
Also its wise to keep the male separated from the female when she gives birth so the male doesn't bite the pups to death.
Thanks for the heads up Trev. I am aware I may need to separate her if he starts playing rough with her again. All the bite marks are healing wounds she has got from the male over the last 2months of breeding activity. But he leaving her well alone now. If things change believe me she will be separated mate. I don't want to take any chances with my first breeding attempt!
