Nice lacustis, Man what I wouldn't pay to walk into a local lfs and find a Creni that isn't a plain ole Jo or X1. Nice pickup. Just doesn't happen around here.

shadow and Peanut... where are both of you from? come to central jersey. just moved here and already found some pretty sweet pikes around some lfs. im sure your familiar with sharkaquarium.com. in hillside, nj. just made a stop there yesterday and o boy did they have alot of pikes. also saw a teleocichla the other day that was about an inch long... im suspect if it actually is one but time will tell
We both live in Missouri. Little long of a Roadtrip for me, although I just made a trip to north of Chicago to get some Lents.
thanx... part of me thinks it was the 3 tinfoil barbs and feeders i got that really helped cuz it made the firemouths alittle more active too... im actually more worried about the firemouths beating up each other than the pike killign them... at least for now
i paid 25 bucks for him about a year ago... and he was about 4 inches long then... they sold it as a banded pike i think?? almost didnt get him... had to make the decision to divide my 40 in have and share it with the cr. sveni til i could upgrade which was only like a month ago
$25... what a steal! That fish would easily fetch upwards of $100 now. That's if they are ever available again. Chances are they won't be.
