wash it, crack it in half, cover the outside of one half with aquarium silicone then pour aquarium gravel on top then let it dry.

the secret is not to pick at it.. let the water do most of the work.. then when it gets super weak peel then scratch the $h!& out of it, with the hot water still running over it.

I can't believe some of you lol Not making fun....just sort of comical. I run it under the faucet long enough to get the sticker off the bottom and then pop it in the tank.
