I have no idea what that is. Most likly you will be able to tell when it gets bigger.
 
black belts at 3" should still exhibit their vertical belt most of the time. the only Vieja I could see that fish being is perhaps a V. tuyurense, but I've never seen a juvenile pic of one. It kinda bares resemblance to an argentea but the black pepper spots are all wrong, imo. :) as the others have said, you may be able to get a better idea of what it is as it gets bigger. :)
 
If you follow the link he gave the species it says Foto(photo in english i think?) next to i believe is the black belt but you never know how reliable that site is anyway :confused:
 
I dont know what it is but I want it. That fish is awsome. I have never seen anything like it. It is so cool. :clap

I like the blackbelt theory right now. Almost looks like a little salvanni or chocalate cichlid with that snout there.
