I had spinal meningitus and I have similar feelings. I have a migraine everyday if I miss half a day's worth of meds. Good luck man.

i was having some problems kinda like what your talking about .. but all minor .. it was due to the amount of concussions i have had over the years .. (Training MMA) stopped getting concussions and everything went away ... for now .. but typically what your talking about can range from anything from heart failure (lack of blood getting the the brain causes the symptoms) to tumors (there are not pain receptors in the brain but it they can also cut blood off to parts of the brain) to just random symptoms that cannot be explained ... thats why you have to go see a Dr. and they put you thru the gambit of test ..
hitting your head would not cause any of them to last for years .. your brain can recover over time .. so it has to be something that happens a lot or something else causing it .. but i would not worry to much .. i work in the O.R. and run a system called the stealth and it used for intracranial tumor removal and i have sat in on many many heart surgeries .. now a days ... if your Dr. is not worried .. you should be just fine .

I went to the doctor for the first time in 5 years last year and the doctor said I have heart murmur and said this is his exact words “how good is your insurance, I recommend you do a echo cardio gram”. Damn near had heart attack after hearing him say that. I told him “Pretty good I think”. Luckily the test came back negative. Damn test cost $4300 and I had to pay around $500 out of that.

well i also had test to see if i had heart murmur ( what are the signs of heart murmur? cause my heart skips a beat atleas once or twice a day and it scares me ) but i also may go back and finish the test for heart murmur tho. and i do have good flowage to my heart ( blood flowage i mean ) but i dunno aobut to my brain tho

I can't give you any medical advice, but murmur is when one of the chambers in your heart is not closing properly and blood might be leaking back into the chamber that it was pumped from.
I was told by my doctor murmurs are normal, but he wanted to be completely sure that it was not affecting me in anyway. I just think he was trying to get money for referring me.
