I've constructed outdoor Iguana and Basilisk enclosures from treated lumber. Also all my turtle pens have been made from it.
unless the timber is sealed, which would make pressure treated pointless in the first place, then a wet anaconda climbing in and out is going to come in contact with the wood and track the chemicals in and out of the water. it may not affect him emmediately but the chemicals will build up in the snake, fish, water and dirt around the pond and have an affect sooner or later.
whats wrong with a stock tank?
