Price check on dovii pair???

What's a good price for a 12'' male dovii and a 7'' female dovii? Keep in mind these are a proven breeding pair. With good coloring. What would be a good price for the pair?
 
$80. unless you really really love it, then don't mind how much.
Range $80-$100
 
In the classifieds I saw an add for a proven pair for $125. If I didn't already have my dovii I wouldn't hesitate to pay that much for a nice pair of high quality dovii.
 
The Male/Female set that I pick up I was able to get for about $40
 
I saw two pairs for sale here in Jersey for $499, 10"F & 7"M
 
I think they are worth quite a lot more if you get to see them in person first. A dovii is not a dovii is not a dovii...

Just go straight through a collector or breeder and you'll get a decent price usually. Just don't mess with middlemen unless you want to pay a premium. No need for you to pay for their shipping, upkeep, overhead, etc. when you can order direct!
 
I see plenty that go for real cheap or even free. They are a special needs fish and most people have no business keeping one so you end up with a lot of people trying to rehome theres at 10-12".

If they are a spectacular wild caught pair or something you can get a decent price for them. If they are an average Dovii you are not going to get much. Plus there are going to only be a couple people in most areas other then so cal that can even properly house a pair so that really limits there market.
