Platinum is the name for leucism, so Platinium is Leucistic, not just "pretty much the same." High shine is not leucisim. High shine is a better color one, from some means of enhancing like lighting, tank background, or food..
Actually "High Shine" Silver Aro does have leucism, just not as much a "Platinum" Silver Aro. "High Shine" Silver Aro have more iridophore than "Platinum" Silver Aro. Overall, both: "High Shine" and "Platinum" can be used to refer a Leucistic Silver Arowana. "High Shine" Silver Arowana are more white and shiny than a regular Silver Arowana. Yes, high shine silver arowana has more white and shine than silver arowana, but the "white" and "shine" are cosmetic, from feeding hormone, white tank treated, lighting, but it's not leucisim, which is genetic. If high shine is genetic, you wouldn't try so hard to sell yours... Screw it, I'll just derail again. It's funny, how would you know I couldn't fatten up the Lapradei? Maybe it couldn't compete with my other 20"+ Bichirs?
