Price too high???????

at the lfs there is 1 delhezi left and he has great markings (nice light grey and thick black bands) for $40 they have had him for like 3 months so hes not going to die by them (hopefully) he is about 4 inches long and not very big around. would it be okay for him to be mixed with my 7-8'' senegals????

should be fine but as always when adding fish watch for signs of agression and be ready to seperate them-Anne

What Anne said... and remember to make sure the little one eats. Young senegals can get carried away at feeding time, so don't let the big ones eat all the grub.

And nah, $40.00US is fair.

I think it's a fair price if you think the markings are good. I try and keep my polys the same size in my tanks, but I'll defer to these two experts.

Offer him $35. If he doesn't bite then $40 is still reasonable but I would consider still a bit pricey. If you like the fish then it's worth spending the extra $5.
