i think the upkeep of several rays would be more expensive than the price of the animal itself on the long run.

yes for most of the rays exept hystrix,and retics they need to have huge tanks(200-700 gallons) and lots of food and great filtration. adds up to a lot of money.

Because of my stingrays I have to keep getting bigger and then even bigger tanks. In NY it gets expensive to heat these tanks.
