I used to use the Tetra stuff, I switched to prime because it was more cost effective. Plus should my tank have problems with ammonia and nitrite, like recently my filter was destroyed by a bio filtration "safe" medication, I can keep my fish alive while the cycle happens.
I always thought that after a water change my water was blue when I was using aquasafe. When I switched to Prime it disappeared, I don't know if it was my mind playing tricks on me or what but the water always looked blue. Now, with Prime, it just looks like water.

In a Smuckers jar.
Prime hands down. I used aquasafe when I first started and I went through bottles of that pretty quickly. Very costly when compared to prime as it's more concentrated.
